Overview
This hand-pulled bread is really delicious. After being torn open, the slices are as light as thin clouds. The finished product is baked in the CAATO-TM33HT electronic oven. Due to the precise temperature, the bread has a uniform color and a great taste

Prepare the ingredients for Zhongzhong

Mix the ingredients, knead well, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 17 hours

Prepare the main dough. Separate 10 grams of butter from 30 grams of butter and melt it in hot water

Add whole egg liquid, sugar, salt to the bread pan, tear the medium-sized dough into small pieces and add in the flour and yeast powder

After kneading the dough for 15 minutes, add butter and continue kneading the dough for 20 minutes
