Cut the tofu in half, bring the water to a boil, put it in and cook for 4 minutes. The purpose is to prevent the tofu from breaking during the cooking process.

In the spare time while cooking tofu, cut the onions, ginger, garlic, peppers, carrots, and ham sausages, and set aside for curry. I generally prefer to use this brand of curry cubes, which can be purchased in supermarkets and are more suitable for most people's tastes.

Remove the tofu and cut into cubes, set aside

Heat up the pot, stir-fry onion, ginger, garlic and chili until fragrant

Next, add carrots and ham sausage and fry for 1 minute

Add water, add curry, not too much water because the tofu has been cooked just now.

After the curry melts, add the tofu and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes until the flavor is absorbed. Be careful not to leave during this period, because tofu is easy to stick to the pan and burn easily, so you need to turn it from time to time.
