First, soak the potato slices in water to remove the starch

Heat the water and boil the processed potatoes for 3 minutes! Then take it out to dry and sprinkle with flour! I only made potato chips and I want to freeze them to eat later!

Put the oil in the pan and put your hand into the pan to feel the heat. Fry the potato slices over medium heat until golden brown! Just sprinkle a little salt to control the oil!
