When making homemade barbecued pork, you don’t use barbecued pork sauce because there are many additives and colorings in it.

Steps

  1. Prick the meat with toothpicks, add seasonings (except honey) and marinate for 12 to 24 hours, at least 30 to 120 minutes.

  2. Thread or spread the marinated meat on the grill and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  3. Bake in the middle rack of the oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Halfway through baking, take out and brush with marinade twice

  4. Take out the first baked barbecued pork and brush it with honey on the inside and outside. Bake in a hot oven at 160 degrees for about 15 minutes, being careful not to burn it.

  5. Take out and let cool slightly.

  6. Slice and serve on a plate. Note that it won’t taste good after it’s cooled.
