I was busy with the opening of the online store, and finally it came to an end, so I started to study what to eat, mushroom meat slices, a good dish this summer.

Wash the mushrooms, slice the meat, add sweet potato powder and a spoonful of cooking wine, stir well and let it sit for ten minutes. Cut the onions and celery into sections and set aside.

Pour oil into the hot pot, add the meat slices and stir-fry (when the oil is 80% hot, add the meat slices, because the meat coated with sweet potato powder will stick to the pan, so the oil must be hot enough).

After the meat slices are stir-fried until they look like a transparent layer, add the green onions and stir-fry the mushrooms (mushrooms are easy to release water, so the fire must be strong).

Before serving, add chopped green onions and celery segments.
