Fried sweet dumplings
Overview
When there are too many sweet dumplings to finish and they become too hard to eat, people will cut the dumplings into pieces and fry them (in the past, people didn’t have much to eat, so they would wash and cut the moldy dumplings and fry them to eat). The taste is still the same, and adults and children can’t escape its temptation!

Take a small piece of hard sweet dumpling, wash it, and then cut it into pieces (because I was in a hurry to eat, I forgot to take a picture of the cut into pieces and just put it into the pot #^_^#)

Turn on low heat, put a small amount of oil in the pan, shake the pan to let the oil cover the bottom of the pan, then put the rice dumplings in the pan and fry (turn over frequently to avoid burning)

Fry until soft (I like to eat slightly browned food, so I fry it for a longer time)

Then use a spatula to divide it into small pieces and serve on a plate (don’t be fooled by its appearance, it’s not delicate but delicious)
