Barbie cake

It is my wish to make a Barbie doll cake for my little niece. It is the first birthday cake I have ever made!

1. 1 Prepare the ingredients and separate the egg yolks and egg whites.

   

2. 2 Add 20 grams of sugar, milk and salad oil to the egg yolks and stir until the sugar dissolves.

   

3. 3 Sift the flour and add to the egg yolks and mix well. Beat the egg whites with sugar in three batches.

   

4. 4 Bake at 150 degrees for 50 minutes. Immediately after taking out of the oven, invert for five minutes and let cool.

   

5. 5 Remove from the mold.

   

6. 6 Add icing sugar to the cream, whip the cream and spread evenly.

   

7. 7 Place Barbie toys and decorate.
