I ordered Yangcheng Lake hairy crabs in mid-September. I received the pick-up coupon first. I planned to pick up the goods when the whole family was at home during the National Day. I made an appointment on the 6th of National Day. The customer service said that the express delivery was full, which delayed the delivery on the 8th. The hairy crabs in Yangcheng Lake are really well-deserved. The crab roe is indeed oily and delicious. I had a full meal, but it took a lot of effort to be patient. I ate four and a half in one breath 😂

  2. Untie the crabs first, brush them clean with a brush, and then tie them up again.

  3. Add water to the steamer, put the perilla buns in the water, cut the green onions and slice the ginger into the water in the pot. Place the washed hairy crabs in a drawer and prepare for steaming.

  4. It will be ready in about ten minutes. I will keep watch over it. If the heat is too high, it will be ready in less than ten minutes. When I passed the time, I saw the crab roe popping out😄, so I quickly turned off the heat.

  5. The delicious hairy crabs are ready. Let’s add the sauce. Use salt, sugar, vinegar and light soy sauce to prepare the sauce. Chop the green onion and ginger into the sauce. When eating the crab roe, add a little bit of the sauce with a small spoon. It will be delicious and fresh when you dig it in.
