Garlic and Black Pepper Salmon Steak
Overview
In our small town, salmon is rarely sold. I went out to study that day and went to the largest supermarket in the area. I found that there were salmon offcuts for sale in the sushi counter. A small box cost more than ten yuan. The price was not very expensive, so I bought some and took them home. My colleagues said I was crazy. I went crazy when I saw the food. I couldn’t cure it. I traveled hundreds of kilometers to bring some fish bones home.

Prepare salmon steaks.

Grind in appropriate amount of black pepper, salt and cooking wine.

Catch it evenly and put it in a crisper box and put it in the refrigerator to marinate (I left it overnight and then one morning).
