Many people like to eat spicy enoki mushrooms. My husband is one of them. He buys a bottle in the supermarket and eats it after a few meals. It also feels unhygienic. It is safe and affordable to make it yourself.

Cut the enoki mushrooms, pick them and set aside

Heat hot water in a pot, add enoki mushrooms

Onions and garlic for later use
