Prepare the ingredients. If you don’t have powdered sugar at home, use a food processor to grind the white sugar into powder

Melt butter at room temperature until chopsticks can be inserted easily, add powdered sugar and salt

Beat until fluffy

Sieve egg yolks

Add butter to the sifted egg yolks and stir evenly

Sift in flour and cornstarch

Knead all the ingredients into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour

After refrigeration, divide the dough evenly, each one is about 10 grams. In order to bake it in one pan, I divided it into 11 grams.

Use your thumb to press the rounded dough. The dough will crack naturally. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 2 minutes. Bake the middle and lower layers for 20 minutes. Bake the reverse side of the biscuits for another 10 minutes
