Rosette bread
Overview
This year I got a lot of roses and made some rose jam. When I took the flowers home, I used the fresh petals to make a lot of delicacies that require fresh roses. This rose bread is one of them. The dough is made of whey filtered from yogurt making, eggs and flour, very little sugar, and topped with fresh roses. Not only is the fragrance fragrant, but roses also have the effect of making you happy, detoxifying and nourishing the skin, so it is also a good-for-health bread

Ingredients
Steps
-
After picking the roses, remove the petals, wash and dry the surface moisture, which is the moisture during cleaning
-
Add a little salt and knead, then knead with the same amount of sugar as the roses, knead the petals until they are wilted and set aside
-
The whey filtered out from making yoghurt still contains a lot of nutrients and has a lot of probiotics, which is very good for making bread.
-
Put the whey, egg liquid, salt and sugar into the bread bucket
-
Add high-gluten flour and yeast powder, stir properly with chopsticks, so that the flour will not splash everywhere when the bread machine kneads the dough
-
After kneading for about 10 minutes, add softened butter
-
Knead the dough for 30 minutes and you can pull out the film. You don’t need to use gloves to make this bread.
-
Reconciled dough
-
Cover with a wet drawer cloth and allow to ferment naturally until 2-3 times in size. If you press a pit with your right finger and it will not bounce back, the dough is ready
-
Dispense the exhaust gas and leave it on for 10 minutes. I only divided it into two to make the bread bigger
-
Roll the dough into a round piece and spread it with the kneaded roses
-
Roll up
-
Place in baking pan
-
Put water in the oven. My oven is ACATG400. You can pour the water directly on the heating plate below, then keep it at 38 degrees for fermentation until it doubles in size. Sprinkle high-gluten flour on the cut edges
-
After preheating the oven to 180 degrees, bake in the oven for 17 minutes
-
Cut the baked bread into pieces. Because the roses are kneaded with a lot of sugar, there will be holes where the petals are, but the bread will taste very soft, like a soft European bun
