I was originally going to write about the Jade Sauce Bun, but the spinach juice was too bland and it didn’t look like it. Sweet and sour bayberry filling

  1. Wash the spinach, boil it in water and scoop it out

  2. Crush with a food processor, return to the pot and add a little water to simmer for a while to get the juice

  3. Add two spoons of sugar (my son loves sweetness), add spinach juice and a little salt, add self-raising flour and knead, cover with a damp cloth and leave for twenty minutes.

  4. Just grab a ball or cut it with a knife

  5. Wrap in bayberry sauce, use less so that the sauce is juicy.

  6. Brush the steaming plate with oil and place it on it for another 20 minutes.

  7. Steam over medium heat for ten minutes and remove
