Curry Crayfish
Overview
I like to eat crayfish but can't eat spicy food, and because I like curry, I made curry crayfish. But it tastes surprisingly good!

Brush the crayfish clean and dice the onion.

Peel and flatten the garlic, wash and dry the mint.

Add an appropriate amount of olive oil to the pot, add onions and sauté until translucent and add garlic.

Add crayfish and stir-fry until red, add soy sauce and curry paste.

Add coconut milk

Squeeze in lemon juice, add fresh mint and appropriate amount of sugar

Simmer over high heat for about 10 minutes to reduce the juice, then add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
