1 onion, 1 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon curry powder, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, 1 cup milk, 1 egg, appropriate amount of oil

Peel the onion, cut off the top and bottom, place two chopsticks at the bottom and cut into petals, but not cut off.

Soak the onions in water.

Meanwhile, mix the flour, pepper, curry powder and chili powder evenly.

Drain the onions, place them in the flour, and pat them well with flour.

Take another bowl, add milk and eggs, and stir evenly.

Put the onions into the egg batter and coat evenly.

Pat on another layer of flour.

Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
