1. 1 Chop the dried eggs, dice the parsley, boil the eggs and peel them (keep a spare egg in case it gets spoiled)

3. 3 Add salt, light soy sauce, a little vinegar and sesame oil and stir evenly

   

4. 4 Cut the eggs in half, remove the yolks, and add the stirred side dishes to the yolks
