Most of the skinned fresh rabbit (excluding the hind legs);

Slaughter it into long strips or large pieces;

Add chopped old ginger;

Add cooking wine, mix well and marinate for ten minutes.

Wash and drain the marinated rabbit meat, add dried sea pepper noodles, pepper powder, and steamed meat sauce;

Grind evenly and marinate for ten minutes;

Pour in steamed pork rice noodles, add lettuce oil and water and mix well.

Peel the red potato and cut into large pieces.

Put all the sweet potato slices into the steamer;

Then place the rabbit meat on the sweet potato slices and put it on the SAIC steamer;

Steam over medium heat for about thirty minutes;

Turn off the heat, sprinkle one-third of the green onions and simmer for two to three minutes.
