  1. Put 150 grams of soybeans soaked overnight into the breaker and beat at low speed until pureed

  5. Squeeze and filter the soy milk

  6. Add appropriate amount of boiled water to lactone

  7. Cook soy milk, stirring constantly to prevent sticking

  8. After boiling, rinse off the foam, stop the heat, remove the bean skin two or three times, scoop the lactone mixed with water into the basin with a spoon, slide it clockwise a few times, cover the pot and wait for ten minutes!

  9. Ten minutes later
