Onion Bacon Potato Pancakes
Overview
Bacon potato pancakes are a quick snack that is simple to make and can be used as a nutritious breakfast or afternoon snack. The potatoes are steamed and pressed into mashed potatoes, into which are added fried minced meat, minced bacon, minced onions, and cracked black pepper. They are fried in a Joyoung air fryer. The prepared potato cakes are very soft. The softness of the potatoes and the salty aroma of bacon are not as good-looking as deep-frying, but the taste is definitely pleasing.
