  1. All the ingredients are ready, and the chocolate can be chopped with a knife for easy later operation.

  3. Melt the chocolate by heating it over water until the chocolate and milk are combined. Set aside to cool and set aside.

  5. Keep beating until the whole eggs are beaten. Beat until you lift the egg beater and the dripping egg liquid does not disappear immediately, it is ready.

  10. Pour into the mold and knock out any big bubbles. I used an 18cm x 18cm square grinder.
