Eggs Benedict
Overview
Eggs Benedict is also known as Egg Benedict, and its English name is EggBenedict. Traditionally, Eggs Bandi is served on English muffins, but today I served it on toast, with tempting poached eggs and soulful hollandaise sauce.

Pour a little more water into the pot, add white vinegar, and bring to a boil over high heat

Stir the water continuously with a whisk to form a whirlpool

Ingredients for hollandaise sauce, two egg yolks, 100 grams of butter

Melt butter in water, cut into small pieces to melt quickly

Add white vinegar to two egg yolks, beat them with a whisk over water

Beat the egg yolks until they become thick and the liquid swells without thick foam

Add melted butter a little at a time. Beat each time until the butter and egg yolk are completely combined before adding the next time.
