Cheese Bolognese Lasagna
Overview
Lasagna, I usually order it. I really like the texture of the large noodles. Each layer is sandwiched with some minced meat. Because of the tomato juice, the sour and sweet taste is particularly easy to eat. It is also paired with brushed cheese like mozzarella. It is so wonderful. I took advantage of this event to make it myself and satisfy myself.

Take out the lasagna noodles and soak them in water until soft

Chop the lean meat into minced meat, peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces

Boil olive oil in a pot, add tomatoes, add an appropriate amount of sugar and water and cook until it becomes a sauce. Then add minced meat, salt and an appropriate amount of tomato juice and cook until it becomes a meat sauce. Dish it up and set aside

Take a piece of soaked lasagna, spread a layer of meat sauce, then spread a layer of lasagna, repeat

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce on top

Preheat the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 12 minutes and take it out
