Pork patties
Overview
After wandering around the market, I fell in love with a restaurant that made meat minced by hand. I thought I had some flour at home, so I bought some and made meatloaf. The first time I made it, I added a little too much salt. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, it tastes great!

Steps
-
Mix the dough first and let it rest for a while. The dough should be softer. If it is too hard, it will be more troublesome to seal the cake
-
While the dough is resting, prepare the meat filling. Chop onion and celery into mince, add salt, oil, thirteen spices and dark soy sauce, mix well and set aside.
-
Cut the dough into small pieces. Roll out into the size of a bun wrapper
-
Take an appropriate amount of meat filling and place it in the middle of the dough, spread it evenly with a spoon
-
Make it into the shape of a steamed bun, and seal it in the middle so that the filling is not exposed. Flatten and ready to be fried
-
Brown on low heat. I did this dry searing without adding oil because I didn’t like my hands to be greasy. Remember to use low heat to prevent the meat filling from burning before it is cooked
-
Fry until both sides are golden brown, the pancake is bulging with air inside, and the edges of the pancake are completely cooked!
