I am a Hakka, and we all like to eat this dish. Originally, this dish was about frying the pork. I ignored this step when I made it today and replaced the meat with leaner ones. It is also super delicious. [In the step, I forgot to mention soaking the yuba until soft after frying it]

  2. Fry the yuba

  3. Cut the meat into thick slices

  4. Heat the pan and fry the meat

  5. Add soaked yuba

  6. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and simmer for 7.8 minutes, turning it over during the process
