Vegetable and egg fried rice
Overview
I didn't eat at work today, and I was too lazy to do anything when I got home. So I made a simple egg fried rice, and the kids also liked it. I won’t even pick out the vegetables.

Shred the vegetables, dice the onion, and beat the eggs.

Heat the pan and add cold oil, here I put olive oil.

When frying, heat the pan and cool the oil. Use chopsticks to stir quickly when pouring in the egg liquid. After the eggs are fried, add the onions and stir-fry until fragrant.

Then, add the vegetables to the pot and fry until cooked. (I was lazy here and just put the eggs in the pot and fried the vegetables.)

Add the overnight meal last. Turn off the heat and add salt and MSG before serving.

On the plate, I added a little kimchi myself. I was very pleased that the children finished all the fried rice except kimchi. And not picky eaters.

Finally I got an after-dinner drink: milk sago.
