A must-have classic snack for leisure time - crispy onion rings
Overview
The lyrics of "Legend" say it well, just because I looked at you one more time in the crowd, I can never forget your face again. The same goes for this crispy onion ring. Just one bite is enough to make you fall in love. Speaking of onions, I haven’t liked them since I was a child. When I was a child, my father was afraid that I would become a picky eater, so he would force me to eat food I didn't like. Whenever I ate onions and eggplants, I would pinch my nose, frown, and swallow the whole piece. You can imagine how much I dislike their taste. In recent years, since I started to like cooking, I have inexplicably fallen in love with these foods that once caused me pain. Especially onions, I like to add some to stews and stir-fries to enhance the flavor. Forgive me for my superficial understanding of them many years ago. Fortunately, it's too late to make amends now, it's too late.
