How to cook BBQ rice at home

-
Boneless chicken legs
-
Cut into large pieces for better flavor.
-
Orleans Barbecue
-
Pour half the bag of barbecue ingredients into the chicken legs, add a little less water, put on disposable gloves and massage the meat so that the chicken can fully absorb the sauce. Then seal it and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. I simmered it the night before and ate it the next morning. The chicken tasted more delicious after one night.
-
Place the meat on a baking sheet covered with tin foil, preheat the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, turning once in the middle.
-
While the meat is in the oven, make fried rice just in time. Dice half a green onion, beat two eggs, wash and chop the lettuce leaves. Because I used leftover rice, I fried it. You can also use directly steamed rice, but I think fried rice tastes better with barbecued meat, especially fried rice with green onions.
-
First fry the eggs and take them out
-
Heat the cold oil in the pan and stir-fry the green onions
-
Stir-fry the onion until soft and fragrant, add rice, add salt, five-spice powder, and chicken essence and stir-fry until evenly mixed, then add the pre-fried eggs, stir-fry well and turn off the heat.
-
At this time, the chicken legs are also cooked and taken out of the oven
-
Cut into small pieces
-
Spread the fried rice evenly on the bottom of the plate
-
Sprinkle with chopped lettuce
-
Then spread the roasted meat evenly on top
-
Finally, squeeze the salad dressing on it crosswise and you can eat. The salad dressing is particularly flavorful, and you don’t need to stir it up when eating. The rice, vegetables, and barbecue are fried from the bottom up with the spoon, and a big spoonful of the salad dressing is put into your mouth. It’s a satisfying experience 😃
