Overview
Bitter melon is the most healthy food in the hot summer. It clears away heat, removes fire, detoxifies, improves eyesight, quenches thirst and relieves summer heat, nourishes blood and replenishes qi, nourishes the kidneys and strengthens the spleen. Although bitter melon has many benefits, you must choose the right way to eat it. Bitter melon is cold in nature, so it is best to stir-fry it with peppers and garlic! People with spleen and stomach deficiency and weak constitution should eat less.

Wash and remove the seeds from bitter melon

Cut into thin slices, add appropriate amount of salt, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes

Shred the lean pork, add starch and mix well, make spicy millet, mince garlic, prepare appropriate amount of sugar, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce

Rinse and drain the pickled bitter melon and set aside
