Garlic loofah
Overview

Wash the loofah and scrape off the skin

How many portions per split (depending on the thickness of the loofah)

Cut into equal lengths

Crush the garlic and chop into fine pieces

Hot pan with cold oil

When it is 7 minutes hot, add the loofah strips and stir-fry for two to three minutes so that each piece of loofah is evenly heated
