Fried fungus with salmon
Overview
A friend sent me a portion of salmon, and I divided it into several meals to eat it up. My mother-in-law is very sensitive to this kind of fish, so I changed the salmon into a cut so that she couldn’t see it. Mixed together in the dish like this, my mother-in-law thought the diced salmon was sausage. I present this mixed fungus stir-fry. Friends who like it can give it a try.
