Ingredients: 145g low-gluten flour, 15g formula milk powder, 15g egg liquid, 40g milk, 35g butter, 40g powdered sugar.

Soften butter in water until liquid

Add 15g of beaten egg liquid and 40g of milk to the softened butter, stir and mix evenly

After mixing evenly, add powdered sugar and milk powder, and continue to stir evenly

Add low-gluten flour and knead directly with your hands into a smooth dough

Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a 3mm thick dough

Use a knife to cut out a large rectangle in the middle of the dough. Use a biscuit grinder to cut out small biscuits of various shapes

Use a knife to cut the rectangular dough in the middle into small square cubes about 1.8cm.

Arrange the cut cookies evenly on the baking sheet

It’s ready to go in the oven! Set the temperature to 180°C, put it in the middle layer, turn the heat up and down, and bake for about 9 minutes.
