Have ingredients ready.

Cut the meat into thin slices and cut the green pepper into sections.

Heat the pan with cold oil, stir-fry the pork belly, stir-fry the meat to remove the oil, and add five-spice powder.

Add the pepper segments, stir-fry over low heat, add sugar, light soy sauce, and cooking wine.

Thicken the gravy with water starch and serve it on a plate!
