Peel the garlic cloves and remove the stems, and press into minced garlic with a tool. Or chop with a knife.

After heating the oil pan, roast the minced garlic over medium heat.

First add water spinach stems, a small amount of water and 1 spoon of salt and stir-fry.

After the water spinach stems become soft, add the leaves and continue to stir-fry. Finally, add 1/2 spoon of salt to taste.

Remove rotten leaves and old stems from water spinach, wash them, pick them into sections by hand, drain and set aside.
