Pork floss and scallops
Overview
Internet celebrities want to follow the trend of making delicious food. Not to mention eating too many sweets on a daily basis, I love baking salty foods occasionally. The self-made cake rolls are very delicate in nature, and the key meat floss is also made by myself. I just add some black sesame seeds and seaweed and stir-fry until crispy. The salad dressing combines it with the cake to taste so good.

Separate the egg whites and egg yolks, add sugar to the egg yolks and stir until the sugar dissolves

Pour in corn oil and milk and mix well

Then add cake mix

Cut and mix until uniform and without any particles

Add the egg whites in three portions and beat with sugar until medium foamy

Then mix the beaten egg whites with the egg yolk batter three times and mix well

The mixed cake batter looks delicate and shiny

Line a baking sheet with greased paper, pour in the cake batter and smooth it out, shake to remove big air bubbles

Put it into the middle rack of the oven at 160 degrees for 20 minutes and it’s ready to go

Add some black sesame seeds and chopped seaweed to the homemade pork floss, then stir-fry until fragrant

After the baked cake slices have cooled, use a round mold to cut into small round slices (you can use any cup or bottle)

Put on disposable gloves, take a piece of cake mix and apply salad dressing on it, then close the piece of cake

Spread a layer of salad dressing around the cake and stick a layer of meat floss on it
