Prepare dried kelp and potatoes

Soak the dried kelp for 30 minutes, then cook and set aside

Peel, wash and cut potatoes into small pieces (or strips). Slice kelp into slices (or shreds) and set aside

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, when the oil is hot, add the chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the potatoes and stir-fry for a while

Add pepper and light soy sauce

Add hot water, and when the water boils, add kelp and cook

Cook until the potatoes become soft and the soup thickens. Add salt and chicken essence to taste

Finished product (two flavors) with chili oil added
