  7. Roll it into a ox tongue shape again and roll it up from bottom to top;

  8. Apply some oil to the mold and put the rolled dough in order;

  9. Place in a warm, moist place for fermentation; ferment until 7 portions are full, then you can start baking

  10. Heat up and down, 175 degrees, 25 minutes;
