Wash and drain the cabbage.

Cut the fatty pork into thin slices, break up the garlic (do not mince it), and cut the cabbage into sections.

Bake the fat pork in the pan to release the oil (I forgot to take a picture of this step), add the cabbage and stir-fry until it changes color, add garlic, salt, chicken powder, and stir-fry until the cabbage is fully cooked.
