Wash the yellow peaches and cut them into pieces. I wanted to cut them beautifully, but the peaches were a bit soft and difficult to shape.

Pour rock sugar and water into a pot and bring to a boil. Add or subtract rock sugar according to your own taste.

Pour the yellow peaches into the pot, bring the water to a boil and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.

Once cooked, pour into a bowl and let cool, then set aside in the refrigerator.
