Abalone with scallion oil
Overview
I went to the seafood market today and came across a sale on small abalone. The price was 2.8 yuan per person, with a limit of 20 pieces per person. I bought 20 of them and took them home. Generally, abalone with scallion oil is steamed and then fried with chopped green onion in hot oil. I boiled the small abalone first, then fried it with scallion oil and added seasonings. It tasted good!

Wash the small abalone you bought back with a toothbrush

Add ginger slices and water to the pot

Blanch the washed baby abalone for 5 minutes
