Bean dregs and milk pancakes
Overview
I made this pancake because I couldn’t process the leftover bean dregs after squeezing the soy milk in the morning. It would be a pity to just throw it away. Drinking it with the soy milk tastes super bad. So Xi'er thought about it for a long time and decided to try making pancakes. Unexpectedly, they were soft and delicious.

Add some honey to the bean dregs. You can adjust this according to your own taste. White sugar can also be used.

Then add appropriate amount of milk.

Add two eggs and the same amount of flour as the bean dregs. Note that this is volume, not weight.

Stir all ingredients evenly to form a thick batter.

Brush the preheated electric baking pan with oil, put in two spoons of batter, it will spread out into a pancake shape, and cover the pan.
