Stir-fried potato and cucumber shreds
Overview
I suddenly remembered this stir-fry method today. I had it in a restaurant before and thought it tasted good. I made it today. Hehe, it was a success. But I have a new idea. I think it would be better if it was cut into cubes and added with dried fragrant seeds (✪▽✪). Prepare to do it next time.

Cut the garlic into strips and set aside the ginger.

Cut potatoes into shreds and set aside.

Cut the cucumber into shreds and set aside.

Heat the oil, add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry, add the potatoes, when they are almost cooked, add the cucumber shreds, salt and pepper water, stir-fry and remove from the pan.
