  1. Wash the leeks and drain them, knead the noodles, cover with plastic wrap and let them rest until they are ready, then prepare the stuffing

  5. Mix leeks, eggs and fungus, add soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt and mix well

  6. Remove the plastic wrap and knead into a smooth dough

  7. Take a small piece of dough and roll it into a strip, cut into small pieces and flatten

  8. Roll it into a dough (I didn’t roll it round, hehe)

  9. Make dumplings (I can only do this, it doesn’t look good, and I didn’t post a photo alone, so the steps of making dumplings are omitted)

  10. Boil the water for dumplings, boil it three times and it’s ok, take it out of the pot
