Peanut Crisps
Overview
Between raw peanuts and cooked peanuts, I prefer cooked peanuts. I remember eating candy when I was a child. My favorite thing was to peel a few fried peanuts and put them in my mouth. The sweet candy combined with the fragrant peanut flavor was so delicious. As soon as this peanut biscuit was made, I tasted it before it was completely cool. It was fragrant and crispy and tasted better than I imagined...

Ingredients: peanuts, butter, cake flour, powdered sugar, eggs

Crush the fried peanuts with a rolling pin or a food processor

After the butter has softened at room temperature, add powdered sugar and beat until fluffy

Use an egg separator to remove the egg yolk

Leave one third of the egg yolk liquid, add the rest to the butter and continue to beat until light and fluffy
