Cut off the ends of the snow peas and shred both sides, blanch them in a salty pot and then rinse them quickly; remove the stems of the crab mushrooms, wash them, blanch them and rinse them, and prepare the rest as shown

Heat oil in a pot and sauté ginger, garlic and millet pepper until fragrant

Add the bacon slices and fry lightly, then add the carrot slices,

Add blanched crab mushrooms

Finally, add the blanched snow peas, stir-fry a little, add salt, chicken essence, and stock to taste (you can skip it if you don’t have stock), stir-fry and pour in the prepared wet starch, stir-fry a few times and take it out of the pot.
