Cheesy chicken meatballs
Overview
Typhoons have been coming these days, and it rains frequently, making the tide very uncomfortable. This makes me even more eager to look forward to sunny days and sunshine. If you have nothing to do in the afternoon, you can prepare yourself a book, a cup of tea and some snacks to pass the long time.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the chicken breasts and cut off excess fat and tendons on the sides
-
After fluffing with the back of a knife, chop the chicken into puree (I used a food processor to make it)
-
Add appropriate amount of starch, cooking wine, salt, half egg white, allspice and oyster sauce, stir evenly
-
Cut the cheese into small pieces
-
Take a ball of chicken puree and flatten it, put a piece of cheese on it, and wrap it into a ball shape (you can grease your hands in advance if you are afraid it will stick to your hands)
-
Beat the remaining eggs into egg liquid and dip the wrapped chicken meatballs in the egg liquid
-
Roll it in bread crumbs
-
Heat oil in a pan until it is 50% hot, add chicken meatballs
-
Fry until golden brown, remove and absorb excess oil, and serve hot
