  1. Wash the chicken breasts and cut off excess fat and tendons on the sides

  2. After fluffing with the back of a knife, chop the chicken into puree (I used a food processor to make it)

  3. Add appropriate amount of starch, cooking wine, salt, half egg white, allspice and oyster sauce, stir evenly

  5. Take a ball of chicken puree and flatten it, put a piece of cheese on it, and wrap it into a ball shape (you can grease your hands in advance if you are afraid it will stick to your hands)
