Clean the chicken breasts, remove the moisture, and prepare the barbecue ingredients.

Cut the chicken breast into large slices, about two inches long, one inch wide, and half a centimeter thick, and pat loose with the back of a knife.

Dissolve the barbecue ingredients with an equal amount of water

Coat the chicken slices with barbecue ingredients and marinate for 1 hour

Wash the enoki mushrooms and remove the moisture

Take a piece of chicken fillet, add some enoki mushrooms, and roll it up

Put it in the baking pan and line it up. Don’t worry about the roll not being tight. It will shrink by itself after baking.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, set the upper and lower heat, place the baking sheet in the middle, and bake for 20 minutes
