Beef and green onion meatballs

Overview

My husband is a native of the Northwest. After spending two Spring Festivals at my husband's house, he discovered that the most essential part of the New Year's Eve dinner in the north is a variety of croquettes, fried crispy pork, etc. Whenever I don't go back to the north for the New Year, I will prepare some of these dishes in advance and serve them at the New Year's Eve dinner to express my husband's longing for family.

  7. After the fried meatballs have cooled down, you can put them in bags and freeze them in the refrigerator. You can fry more and don’t have to worry about not having meat dishes to entertain guests during the Chinese New Year. You can also use fried beef balls to stew cabbage and vermicelli.

  8. There is too much dark soy sauce, so the meatballs this time are darker in color, and the beef meatballs with ginger and green onions are more delicious.
