Soy sauce chicken legs

This is a meat dish, a quick dish, and a dish for lazy people~~~~~~ When I was a kid, I watched Hong Qigong in The Legend of the Condor Heroes chewing chicken legs. The scene was so tempting~~~Since then, I have had a chicken leg plot~~I am resting at home during the holidays, so why not hurry up and make it to satisfy my craving~~~~O(∩_∩)O Haha~

Wash the chicken legs and soak them in water for a while;

Place the drained chicken legs into a microwave-safe plate and poke some holes with a bamboo skewer, pricking more holes in the thicker parts;

Spread the punched chicken legs evenly with salt and cooking wine, and marinate for more than 30 minutes. You can marinate them in the refrigerator the day before, and then perform the following steps the next day;

Shred the green onion, shred the old ginger, chop the garlic into cloves, and chop some of the ginger and garlic into mince;

Rub the minced ginger and garlic on the inside of the chicken legs;

Spread shredded green onion, ginger and garlic cloves on the chicken legs;

Pour on appropriate amount of soy sauce;
