Today's dish is very simple to make. It is rolled in tofu skin. Vegetables can be mixed according to your own taste. In a well-known home-cooked dish called Kung Pao Chicken, there are tofu skins, green onions, coriander and cucumbers. So, for today’s dish, I used cucumbers and shredded green onions. Because my children don’t like to eat coriander, I ignored the coriander and added my children’s favorite ham sausage and nutritious spinach! It’s also great with eggs and purple cabbage!

Choose a piece of fresh tofu skin

Remove the blanched tofu skin and control the water for later use

Carrots, cucumbers and spinach are all blanched in the pot according to the above method. Note that spinach should be blanched whole without cutting it. Cucumbers and carrots should also be blanched whole. Otherwise, nutrients will be lost in the cuts. Blanch the whole cucumber and cut it into shreds for later use

Evenly apply a layer of sesame oil and sweet noodle sauce on the tofu skin. Put a little of each of the above ingredients on one side of the tofu skin. Add a little salt or not. If you like spicy food, you can put chili powder here. If you like spicy food, you can put pepper salt here. Of course, you can also add no seasoning.
