Sweet and sour fish

I had braised fish last week, and today I have sweet and sour fish. The recipe is similar, but the taste is different.

First, score both sides of the croaker three times, stuff the cut parts and belly with onions, ginger and garlic, then pour in cooking wine and marinate for 15-20 minutes

Rinse with water and coat with flour

Fry both sides until golden brown, remove

Use light soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and half a bowl of water to prepare vinegar-sweet sauce, pour it into the pot, and add the fried fish. Bring to a boil over high heat, simmer over low heat for ten minutes, then over high heat to reduce the juice. Pour in a little vinegar before serving
